NASRA General Meeting and Training

This session will be led by Kris Bailey, a highly experienced referee educator who trains nationwide, and will focus on the role of the referee and performing under pressure. The training will cover four key challenges referees regularly experience, where every decision counts:

• Decision-making under pressure

• Dealing with criticism and abuse

• Staying mentally and physically fit

• Keeping up with changes and recommendations

These are challenges we all face, and this session will provide practical insight and shared strategies to help manage pressure and reduce feelings of being overwhelmed.
