To fully staff the number of games that are on this schedule, I will need at least 90 officials at the tournament. The event staff have secured 15 hotel rooms with double occupancy, so I have the capacity to bring in 30 officials from outside of the Mobile/Baldwin County area. Thus, I will be relying on support from the Mobile and Baldwin County referees for the majority of the assignments.
So that I can start building out a spreadsheet of available officials, I am asking that you please email me at fjonesiiihsc@gmail.com by Friday, March 14th, 2025 if you would like to be considered for game assignments. In your reply, I need the following information-
1- Name
2- Years of referee experience
3- Limitations (ex- you only can be an AR, only want to work JV games, no more than a certain number of games per day)
4- If you will need a hotel room (Mobile and Baldwin County Referees are not eligible for a hotel room)
5- What days will you be available and what times are you available on those days
6- Conflicts (ex-you do not want to be assigned to a certain school)
7- Special dietary needs
As many of these games are going to be very competitive matches, I will be looking to put together referee crews from the top officials who register. Thus, not everyone who applies to work this event will be selected for game assignments.
